BOURBAN MASTERS met with jazz guitar maestro Hugh Buckley to learn how he has evolved his own sound by studying piano players, thinking about harmony as a palette of colours, and feeling the note with a fluid, legato style.

This is an excerpt from an hour long TV documentary "A Family Affair"that  also featured Hugh's sax playing uncle Dick Buckley and his cousins Richie and Michael. Narrated by Maurice Linnane and flmed by Chuck Fishbein.. Against the backdrop of a brilliant performance with legendary trumpet player Guy Barker we get a glimpse into what makes Hugh tick....playing the guitar basically.
